  • You are not being consistent. Being “good” for a few days will not result in permanent weight loss. You must keep with it even after slip-ups.

Right Choices for Weight Loss

  • Choose complex carbohydrates whole grains, sweet potatoes, brown rice
  • Consume lean proteins - boneless, skinless chicken or turkey breast, white fish, shrimp
  • Choose healthy fats - avocado, almonds, olive oil, walnuts
  • Adequate fluid intake - drink at least half of your body weight in water everyday
  • Having meals and snacks - choose a variety of healthy foods to have at meals and snacks throughout the day
